    Amazing customer service

    I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received from Arms of Eve. I had an issue with my bracelet and their customer service team went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved quickly and that I was taken care of.

    Layne was absolutely lovely throughout the entire process and made everything so easy. They organised a replacement bracelet to be sent via Express Post so that I could receive it in time for an upcoming event, which I really appreciated.

    The level of care, communication and effort was honestly above and beyond what I expected. It’s so refreshing to experience genuinely amazing customer service, and I’m incredibly grateful for how the situation was handled.

    I’ll definitely continue to shop with Arms of Eve and recommend them to others. Thank you so much to the team!
