  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Zetland, NSW, Australia.

  • Orders placed Monday – Friday (before 1pm) are dispatched within 24 hours. There may be slight delays during public holidays, weekends, sale periods and shipping delays that are beyond our control.

  • The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. Shipping times may vary for products on Pre-Order.

  • Delivery time is an estimate only. Arms Of Eve is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

  • Click & Collect is available at our Arms Of Eve Westfield Bondi Junction Store, Sydney - NSW.

  • We have partnered with Rendr to offer Sydney customers same day delivery. Price is subject to your postcode and is calculated at checkout. Order by 11am Monday-Friday for delivery on the same day.

  • For any orders that are ‘Returned To Sender’ due to not being claimed, or for incorrect addresses, re-delivery charges may apply

WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?

When an item is sold as a pre-order, it means it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it and your order will be added to the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available! If you have items in the same order that are not on pre-order, those items will ship on time.  Kindly note that you will be charged for all pre-order items when the order is placed.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY TIMELINE?

All orders placed Monday – Friday (before 1pm) are dispatched within 24 hours. There may be slight delays during public holidays, weekends and sale periods that are beyond our control.

We exclusively ship with Australia Post and delivery times are an estimation only. Please be sure to keep an eye on your tracking to follow its journey!

All items that are on pre-order may take between 3-6 weeks to be dispatched. Any items not on pre-order will be shipped immediately

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts and is non-refundable.

*Indicated delivery timeline does not include weekends, holidays and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). The estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end.

We're thrilled to offer our shipping services to a range of countries. For our Australia website, we currently ship to the following locations: Australia, New Zealand, Cook Islands, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Nauru, New Caledonia, Norfolk Island, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Vanuatu, and more. Please note that if you're ordering from the United States, Hong Kong, or Singapore, please visit our US Store, as we do not ship from our Australian store to those areas.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Arms Of Eve shall not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, rests with the customer.

Please note that Arms Of Eve does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

CLICK & COLLECT

Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from our Bondi Stores: Arms Of Eve Bondi Beach Store or Arms Of Eve Westfield Bondi Junction Store

  • Select Click & Collect as your preferred delivery method at checkout.

  • We only offer click-and-collect from our Bondi Beach and Westfield Bondi Junction Stores.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email from us notifying you that your order has been received and when it will be ready to collect. Your Click & Collect order will usually be ready to collect on the day you scheduled at checkout. You will be notified via email when the order is ready to collect.

  • Head to your selected store to collect your goodies! Don’t forget to bring your collection email verification and valid photo ID.

WHAT IF I CAN NO LONGER COLLECT MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?

Click & Collect orders will be kept for a maximum of 7 days from the date your order is ready for collection. If the order is not picked up after 7 days, it will be cancelled and you will be issued a store credit (valid for 12 months) to the value of your order, minus a $15.00 restocking fee.

If you would still like to receive your order but would prefer they were shipped, we kindly ask that you place a new order with “shipping” as your preferred dispatch method.

HOW DO I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?

1. Your Order If you have an Arms Of Eve account, simply log in to your account to locate your order number! With every order, we send an order confirmation email to the email address used at checkout. Be sure to check all your inboxes as the email may be in your junk/spam folder!

2. Gift Order If you've been sent a gift, a packing slip with the order number will be included. If you still can't find it, please send us an email at info@armsofeve.com with the gifter's name and their email address!

CAN I CANCEL OR UPDATE MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

Feel free to reach out to us within 6 hours of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change.

Once the order is shipped, it is out of our control to change the address but you can follow the below steps to submit special delivery instructions to Australia Post.

Processing

Your order has been handed over to our operations team to fulfil. If all items in your order are in-stock, the typical processing time is 1 business day!

Shipped

Yay! Your order has been packed and it's on the way to you. Kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement.

Partial

Oh looks like your order has a pre-order item! To ensure you can get started on enjoying your AOE piece as early as possible, we've shipped the available pieces first.


Tracking numbers are automatically sent via email notification as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see shipping updates.

Returns + Exchanges + Store Credit

Our Returns & Exchange policy has been designed to be as easy as possible!

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.

  • Items must be returned in all original packaging (tags, box included).

  • For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns for earrings.

  • All SALE purchases are final. There are no exchanges or store credits on sale items.

  • Gift Cards can not be exchanged.

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is valid for up to 14 days after the purchase of goods. We will gladly offer Store Credits and/or Exchanges for the value of your purchase of all full-priced items that are unworn and in original condition. Please note, we do not issue refunds for a change of mind or for an incorrect purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty.


To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.

  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box. included)

Below items are non-returnable:

  • Earrings

  • Gift cards


There are NO exchanges or store credits on sale items. All purchases on sale items are final. For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns for earrings.


Please note engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS

We aim to process returns daily but please allow 2-4 business days for your return to be processed. Your return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered or picked up for Click + Collect.

Each item is designed by our founder Kerryn Langer in Sydney, Australia.

Our belief is that luxury should be accessible, affordable and part of your everyday to help you feel beautiful and confident.

All of our pieces are TARNISH-FREE, suitable for daily wear. All of our jewels are 100% nickel and lead-free. All our pieces are plated in thick 14k Gold, as well as using an e-coating for a premium finish.

DOES MY PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?

All of our jewellery comes with an 1-year warranty period. Our warranty covers damage or breakage but does not cover unusual discolouration including tarnishing from contact with cleaning chemicals, or severe oxidation from high PH skin levels.

WILL MY JEWELLERY TARNISH?

With proper love and care, your Arms Of Eve jewellery will remain tarnish resistant and last you for many years to come.

Our Jewellery is made with a range of high-quality materials including 14k gold (1-micron plating), sterling silver, semi-precious gemstones and freshwater pearls.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELLERY?

14K Gold

A little bit of special care is required in order to preserve the gold plating on your as long as possible. Here are our tips to keep your gold-plated jewellery looking its best:

  • Keep your jewels in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight, and in a room with little moisture.

  • After showering, wait until all body lotions are completely dry and absorbed into skin before slipping on your gold-plated accessories. Some products can have a negative reaction to gold-plating and can cause changes in colour or texture.

  • Always apply perfume before putting on your jewellery. Perfume chemicals can react with the metal and cause a change in the appearance, so you don’t want to spray it directly on your pieces!

A little love goes a long way! When not wearing your jewellery, be sure to store it in the pouch or box it came in. To keep your piece looking its best, gently rub the surface with a polishing cloth and remove your jewellery when applying scents, lotions and sprays. Try keeping your pieces away from one another to avoid any friction scratches.

Arms Of Eve was founded in 2017 by designer Kerryn Langer. All designs are original and are designed by Kerryn Langer in our Sydney studio.

All of our products are handmade and ethically sourced. Spending time with our production partners and makers is a founding principle, ensuring not only quality but ethical production accreditation.

Each piece in our assortment starts with our in-house design team in Sydney, Australia. We aim to create pieces that are as unique as you are, creating a world of possibilities through texture, colour, and materials.

Our designs are meant to bring individuality and confidence to our AOE Tribe and can be styled, STACKED, and layered in countless ways. We co-create every collection with our talented jewellers, working closely to ensure high-quality practice and ethical standards.

We are extremely intentional about the steps and processes that go into the creation of our products. Each piece is handcrafted in India, Indonesia, Thailand and China.

We also take every step possible to minimise our effect on the environment by taking a holistic view of our jewellery-making process. We work closely with our jewellers and pride ourselves on the materials used and practices followed.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT-WRAPPED?

Yes! You can add an extra touch to your gift for that special someone by adding Gift Wrapping.

When shopping with us you can also choose between our eco-friendly pouch or our signature AOE jewellery box.

We want to make unboxing special for everyone, even when it's a gift for yourself! That said, we will combine items into one box if it is not indicated that it is a gift. During checkout, make sure to indicate which piece is a gift.

CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE?

Absolutely! You can include a gift message and our staff will hand-write a card to be included with your AOE Gift!

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Absolutely! Select your preferred value! We offer physical and digital gift cards. Click here and choose either physical. (which will be shipped) or digital (emailed directly to the recipient). Both digital and physical gift cards are non-refundable.

Keep in mind that discount codes cannot be applied to either physical or digital gift card purchase. Arms Of Eve reserves the right to cancel the order at any time should any of these policies are overridden.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD?

Please note that Arms Of Eve gift cards can only be used in the currency it was purchased in.

Physical Gift Card Simply enter the code on the backside of the card at checkout online or in-store!

Digital Gift Card Enter the code emailed to you during checkout and this code can be entered at checkout to redeem its value.

Kindly note that you can only use (1) one gift card per transaction.

Payments

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can pay for your order using a variety of payment methods! Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are pre-orders. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.

Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency. We offer express checkout options for:

Paypal / Shop pay / Google Pay / Afterpay

Simply click the preferred option during checkout and you will be asked to log into your account. Once the order is completed, you will be redirected to the Arms Of Eve website.

HOW DO DISCOUNT CODES WORK?

Simply enter the discount code during checkout! A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order.

Arms Of Eve has the right to cancel orders that use more than one discount code.

Kindly note that Arms Of Eve Stacks, Gift Cards and Bundle Sets are excluded from all discounts.

Gifts with purchase are excluded from Sale periods.

CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT VISA CARD

If you have an AOE account, your default billing information will appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order. Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction may be declined by the bank.
