Shipping
We offer standard and express shipping through Australia Post, with costs and delivery times based on your location and order value.
Australia:
- Standard shipping: Free for orders over $75 AUD, or $10 AUD for orders under. Delivery in 3–5 business days.
- Express shipping: Free for orders over $150 AUD, or $15 AUD for orders under. Delivery in 1–2 business days.
New Zealand and Oceania:
- Express shipping: Free for orders over $200 AUD, or $20 AUD for orders under. Delivery via Australia Post in 2–7 business days.
United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico:
- Express shipping: Free for orders over $100 USD, or $10 USD for orders under. Delivery via UPS in 3–6 business days.
Asia:
- Express shipping: Free for orders over $200 USD, or $20 USD for orders under. Delivery via UPS in 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location or during busy periods.
We ship Monday to Friday from our Sydney warehouse.
Orders placed before 1pm AEST are dispatched the same day.
During sale periods, please allow extra time for processing.
If your order includes a pre-order item, all other items will be shipped first, and the pre-order will follow as soon as it arrives.
Yes, express shipping is available at checkout.
For eligible Sydney metro postcodes, same-day delivery will appear at checkout for weekday orders placed before 11am.
Yes. If your country appears at checkout, we can deliver to you. Duties and taxes are calculated upfront at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.
Pre-order means the item is on its way to us but not yet in stock.
Purchase now to secure it, and we’ll ship it as soon as it arrives.
Any in-stock items in your order will be sent separately right away.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns & Exchange policy has been designed to be as easy as possible!
Returns PortalWe accept returns on full-priced items for store credit or exchange if returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, and undamaged
- Returns sent by mail must include all original packaging (tags and boxes)
We cannot accept returns on:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Engraved jewellery
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Items purchased with a discount code or during a sitewide promotion can still be returned if they meet the above conditions.
For online returns, start the process through our RETURNS PORTAL.
In-store purchases can also be returned online using the same portal with the email address and receipt number from your purchase.
Prefer to return in person? Visit any of our retail boutiques with your item and receipt.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2–4 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email once your store credit or exchange has been issued.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless your item is faulty or incorrect. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it with care.

Our pieces are made from high-quality, recyclable stainless steel and finished with 14k gold plating using advanced PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) technology for exceptional durability.
All jewellery is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, which includes:
- Broken clasps
- Loose settings
- Faulty links
Our warranty does not cover:
- Tarnishing from exposure to cleaning products or chemicals.
- Oxidation caused by naturally high skin pH levels.
- Accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear.
Please note, our warranty does not extend to accessories or clothing.
On the rare occasion your item has a fault, please email us at info@armsofeve.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out for you straight away.
My Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Follow the link to view updates. If tracking hasn’t moved after a couple of days, contact us - we’re happy to check on it for you.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update it before it ships - just contact us at info@armsofeve.com.
Once dispatched, any changes must be arranged directly with the courier.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once your order has begun processing or been dispatched, unfortunately we’re unable to make cancellations.
At that point, standard returns or exchanges may still be possible.
Yes, we offer free Click & Collect from all Arms Of Eve boutiques. Select this option at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready.
Orders are held for 7 days; if not collected, they’ll be cancelled and a store credit (valid for 12 months) will be issued minus a $15 restocking fee.
Prefer shipping instead? Simply place a new order and select a delivery option at checkout.

Yes. While our pieces are tarnish-free and waterproof, we recommend being mindful when using perfumes, lotions, or entering saunas to help preserve their finish and quality.

To keep your jewellery looking its best, store it in a dry place, out of direct sunlight. Avoid contact perfumes, lotions, and other harsh chemicals.
After wear, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove any residue and restore shine.

Yes. For $5 per piece, you can add gift wrapping at checkout and choose which items to wrap.
Each piece is beautifully presented in our signature gift box for a memorable unboxing experience.
Please note, gift wrapping is only available for items in gift boxes, not eco pouches.
Yes. You can add a personal note at checkout or on the product page, and we’ll attach it to the gift with our signature Arms Of Eve ribbon.
Yes, we offer both digital and physical gift cards.
Digital cards are delivered instantly by email and are perfect for last-minute gifting, while physical cards arrive beautifully packaged in our signature style and can be sent to you or directly to your recipient.

Payments & Promotions
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay for your convenience.
Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout for Australian customers, letting you shop now and pay later in four interest-free fortnightly payments.
Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes can’t be combined with other promotions, gift cards, or sale items, and don’t apply to stacks, sets, or bundles as these are already discounted.
