Your tier and gem progress have been calculated based on your last 12 months of shopping with Arms Of Eve - so you can see exactly where you stand. However, to earn new gems, rewards, and benefits going forward, you need to be opted in to Arms Of Eve marketing emails. If you're not currently opted in, your progress is waiting for you - you just need to tick the box to start earning again.

You can opt back in to email marketing through your online account preferences, or by asking a team member in store. Once you're opted in, you'll start earning gems on any new purchases or eligible actions straight away.

Any purchases or actions taken while you're not opted in to email marketing are recorded on your profile, but they won't count towards gems, rewards, or tier progress. If you opt back in after making a purchase, that transaction won't be backdated. We'd recommend making sure you're opted in before your next purchase so you don't miss out!

You can only redeem up to 50% of the value of products in any given transaction as a Reward. For example, the most reward value you can redeem on $100 worth of items (after any other discount has been applied) is $50.

Gem Rewards for Sapphire and Ruby tiers expire after 30 days, while rewards for Emerald and Diamond tiers have an extended expiry of 45 days. You can also manually extend your reward expiry by 14 days if you click a link in a 'your reward expires soon' email.
